I am most familiar with North American prototype diesels and freight equipment.  I am capable of thoroughly researching the prototype of your model on my own, using my vast collection of both print and online resources to ensure that your model will be crafted with the highest degree of accuracy.  On occasion, I have obtained permission from railroads to access the prototype myself and take measurements and detail photos that would be otherwise unavailable to me.  I am able to compile a thorough parts list for the model based on my research, and the total price of this parts list plus a reasonable labor charge forms the basis for my final total price.  I keep in constant contact with my customers over the course of the building process, informing them of progress through both detailed descriptions and photos taken along the way.  It is my goal to make sure that my customers are fully satisfied with their model, and I have found that the best way to do so is to keep them involved throughout the process.


Disclaimer: I have a limited knowledge of the electrical components of locomotives.  While I am familiar enough with motors and drives to be able to do assembly and regular maintenance on my customers' locomotives, I am not a DCC user and would therefore be unable to install decoders or LED lighting.  I can paint and detail your models first, but it would be best to send them to someone else more specialized for electrical installations.
